Chuck McDanal is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern whose focus is to create a safe space free of judgment for adolescents through older adults to work together on the challenges and struggles life throws at us. He brings a wide range of experience to this work through a range of roles, from managing an IT department to working as an editor; from directing a large operation to leading an internet startup and creating a nonprofit from the ground up. He has extensive experience in process improvement, data analytics, coaching, mentoring, strategic planning, managing and leading. Chuck also is a Certified Analytics Professional, an RRCA – Certified Running Coach, has a certificate in Business Analytics from the Wharton School, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. His book, “Human Training,” is available on Amazon and through other resellers.
